FTE: 0.875 Shift: Shift 2 Monday - Friday 1130-2200 Saturday andSunday 1100-2100 This position qualifies for a $10,000 sign on bonusJob Summary: At the direction of a radiologist operates computedtomography (CT) and related equipment. Performs CT studies according tospecific guidelines, prescribed protocols and utilizing appropriateradiation protection measures. Reviews images; archives with associatedpatient data. Interacts with imaging personnel, nursing and medicalstaff, patients and visitors. Performs other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year of current clinicalexperience in diagnostic radiology is preferred. Clinical studentexperience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinicalexperience. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Post high school completion of anARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required. 1-2 years ofcollege/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in ahealthcare related field is preferred. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ARRTregistered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WIlicense as a Radiographer is required. Advanced certification in CTrequired within 18 months of hire/transfer. American Heart Association(AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHAapproved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
