(MTSI) is a 100% employee-owned engineering services and solutions company that provides high-demand technical expertise in Digital Transformation, Modeling and Simulation, Rapid Capability Development, Test and Evaluation, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomy, Cybersecurity and Mission Assurance.Job DescriptionOur government customers want assistance with migrating legacy modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) tools, algorithms, applications, and processes pertaining to missile performance analyses into a cloud-native Digital Engineering (DE) pipeline in a phased approach.The primary phase involves creating, updating, and refactoring model-based systems engineering (MBSE) models and libraries representing a full end to-end missile model; the models must be created in SysML. Also, elements of the SysML minimally include requirements (e.g. CEP), structures (e.g. mass moments of inertia), and parametric characteristics (e.g. specific impulse).ResponsibilitiesScoping the effort of hosting a single missile model in SysML using existing engineering data analyses with our customers' subject matter experts.Creating a scalable workflow for generating new missile models in SysML.Applying and testing that scalable workflow on a single missile model.Constructively working with our customers to optimize the SysML model development workflow.Minimal Qualifications:5 years of experience in systems engineering or related experience.Proven experience applying model-based systems engineering to aerospace, mechanical or related engineering fields.Creating MBSE models via the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or other MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw).Having an MBSE certification and training (e.g. OMG, INCOSE, etc.).Ability to work with a diverse team of engineers to identify modelling requirements.Demonstrated conscientious and collaborative work habits to help our customers adopt MBSE for missile performance analyses.Desired Qualifications3 or more years of experience applying SysML for aerospace engineering applications such as the design of rocket propulsion systems, phased array antenna sensor systems, etc.Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related field.Clearance Requirements:Applicants must have an active TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibility.U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions.Job SiteBeavercreek, Ohio#LI-BG1Interesting Work:Our co-workers support some of the most important and critical programs to our national defense and security.Values:Our first core value is that employees come first.
