What Youu2019ll Do: + Create a family-like environment that models positive behaviors and expectations. + Assist youth with daily routinesu2014meal prep, medication administration, skill-building, and activities. + Provide safe transportation to appointments and monitor overnight activity. + Be a trusted mentor and advocate for youth navigating trauma, displacement, and cultural adjustment. What Weu2019re Looking For: + High school diploma or equivalentrequired. + Ability to learn de-escalation techniques and become CPR/First Aid certified. + Direct care experiencein mental health or working with vulnerable populations preferred. + Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred. + Must be21 years or older, have a valid driveru2019s license, reliable transportation, and meet vaccine requirements. + Full time, part time and contingent roles available. Pay Rate:$22.00/hr for Spanish speaking and $20.00/hr for non-Spanish speaking Location:Grand Rapids, MI Why Samaritas?
