This is a high-impact role for a seasoned engineer who wants to combine technical leadership, client partnership, and mentorship-while helping shape the future of a local practice within an established, employee-owned firm.You will lead civil infrastructure projects for local agencies, tribes, state agencies, and private developers, while working closely with our Operations Manager and senior leaders. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with in-office presence to support collaboration, mentoring, and client relationships.For the right person, this position offers visibility, influence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful mark without the pressure of a large, highly layered organization.What You'll DoLead and deliver complex civil infrastructure projects from planning through constructionServe as a trusted technical and client partner on local and regional projectsCollaborate with senior leaders on project strategy, scope, schedule, and budgetsSupport business development efforts and help grow long-term client relationshipsMentor and support earlier-career engineers and technical staffContribute to the continued growth and stability of the Spokane officeWhat You Bring8+ years of progressive civil engineering experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseExperience in one or more of the following: roadway, stormwater, sewer, water, and/or site developmentDemonstrated success delivering complex projectsExperience developing and sustaining client relationships in the NorthwestInterest in leadership, mentorship, and contributing to a small-office environmentCompensation: The base salary range for this position is $115,000-$160,000+, depending on qualifications, experience, location, and role responsibilities.As a 100% employee-owned company, Parametrix offers performance-based bonuses, annual salary reviews, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
