Description We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will handle key accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to financial reporting and reconciliation processes while supporting organizational goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform detailed general ledger account reconciliations and verify data accuracy to support financial decision-making. u2022 Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. u2022 Prepare and review financial reports, such as cash flow statements and variance analyses, to provide insights on operational results. u2022 Maintain accurate records and reports on profit and loss, liabilities, taxes, and assets. u2022 Create and analyze special financial reports as requested by management to identify trends and opportunities. u2022 Monitor and suggest improvements to accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. u2022 Ensure timely processing of customer invoices and payments while maintaining accuracy. u2022 Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data. u2022 Support audits and provide documentation as needed to ensure regulatory compliance. u2022 Assist in managing accounts receivable and collections processes to maintain healthy cash flow. Call me 786-393-4588 Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of three years of detail-oriented accounting experience. u2022 Strong knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with US accounting standards. u2022 Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. u2022 Proficiency in performing account reconciliations and preparing journal entries. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively. u2022 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial reporting. u2022 Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and payroll reconciliation processes.
