The Nurse Manager directs and supervises patient care to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate services while promoting staff development and engagement. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about regulatory compliance and patient safety. The key role also assumes operations for financial viability of the unit through sound budgeting and resource management.
