About the Team The Enterprise Solutions & Experience (ESE) organization, led by our CIO, drives UKGu2019s enterprise transformation. The Value Management Office (VMO), under the VP of IT Strategy & Transformation, is dedicated to ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business outcomes. Value Realization Leaders (VRLs) are embedded within this team to orchestrate strategy, execution, and adoption across ESE, focusing on realized business value. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Value Realization Leader to join our ESE team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that every initiative delivers tangible business outcomes, accelerate ROI, strengthen strategic alignment, and drive adoption across the enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the lifecycle of value delivery, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives and initiative sponsors. Responsibilities: Strategy Execution & Alignment u2022 Translate enterprise and ESE product strategies into executable, outcome-focused roadmaps tied to business objectives. u2022 Connect projects and initiatives to the companyu2019s overarching strategy and align cross-functional teams on priorities, trade-offs, and dependencies. u2022 Partner with business and ESE product leaders to define clear value targets and success measures for every initiative. Value Realization & Impact Tracking u2022 Manage the entire lifecycle of value delivery for projects and programs, from ideation to post-delivery evaluation. u2022 Establish KPIs linked to business outcomes (revenue, cost, customer experience). u2022 Track realized value post-launch and drive accountability for sustained results. u2022 Continuously improve delivery velocity, adoption, and return on investment. Orchestration & Execution Excellence u2022 Oversee the entire project and program portfolio, ensuring resources are allocated to initiatives that provide the greatest value. u2022 Coordinate across ESE product, engineering, and business functions to ensure cohesive execution. u2022 Anticipate delivery risks, surface decisions, and remove blockers proactively. u2022 Maintain agility through iteration, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. Advisory & Influence u2022 Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and initiative sponsors. u2022 Apply structured problem-solving and consulting-style frameworks to shape decisions and outcomes. u2022 Communicate progress through business storytelling and outcome-based narratives. Change Leadership & Talent Development u2022 Lead organizational adoption of new capabilities and processes. u2022 Shape mindsets and behaviors to sustain impact beyond project completion. u2022 Coach and mentor teams to build outcome orientation and business fluency About You Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. u2022 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution, or transformation leadership roles. u2022 Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes in cross-functional environments. u2022 Strong business and technical fluency; able to navigate both executive discussions and delivery details. u2022 Proven experience delivering enterprise business applications (ERP u2013 D365, CRM u2013 Salesforce, EDW, Data & Analytics, HRIS, financial systems) initiatives. u2022 Experience in product-led or technology-driven organizations preferred. u2022 Consulting or advisory background a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. u2022 Experience with large-scale system architecture and Lean Portfolio Management. u2022 Strong understanding of Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum, LPM, DevOps). u2022 Familiarity with delivering digital employee experience initiatives (collaboration tools, infrastructure, cloud migration, endpoint management). u2022 Certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or LPM. u2022 Experience with JIRA, PowerBI, DevOps and ServiceNow SPM tools. u2022 Agile coach experience a plus. The pay range for this position is $115,100 to $155,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
