Join us to be part of a dynamic and impactful global companyPlease visit us at to know more .Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Investigate non-PGM electrocatalysts for AEM water electrolysis, identifying promising candidates for further developmentIntegrate catalyst with ionomers to fabricate and optimize non-PGM AEM electrodesPerform electrochemical and physical characterization of electrocatalyst materials and electrolysis cellsConduct durability testing to study degradation mechanisms, and develop mitigation strategies to improve AEM electrode durabilityContribute to related projects, such as proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis or fuel cells, as assignedPrepare and evaluate technical plans, reports, presentations, and proposals to support project successRequirements:Qualifications:Ph.D. or equivalent in in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or closely related fieldHand-on experience in electrocatalyst synthesis, electrode fabrication, and electrochemical characterization is preferredExtensive experience in AEM water electrolysis or related electrochemical energy conversion technologies is highly desirableAbility to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary research environmentV2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer ( EOE).
