JOB REQUIREMENTS: While embracing the mission and vision of the Dioceseof Green Bay, the Family Resource Coordinator is responsible for helpingclients and their families to navigate and access community services andadopt healthy behaviors. The priorities are to promote, maintain, andimprove the holistic health (physical, emotional, spiritual) of clientsand their family. The Family Resource Coordinator provides socialsupport, informal counseling, advocacy for clients withproviders/community supports, outreach, and provides short term casemanagement services. In addition, the Family Resource Coordinator willbe responsible for fulfilling all contractual requirements for grantfunding and meeting outcome goals. OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: Required associate degree or equivalent based onrelevant work experienced required. Bilingual or multi-lingual preferred(written and oral proficiency) Preferred: prior experience working in amulti-cultural setting and/or holds community health workercertification The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree andknowledge in social work, human development, community services,psychology, human services, community health, or related field.Experience working in a community-based setting for at least 1 or 2years preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Excellent writing skills and interpersonalskills Strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in ateam environment. Ability and willingness to provide emotional support,encouragement, and motivation to clients in order for clients tonavigate systems independently. Skilled in problem solving and findingcreative solutions to challenges. Ability to work with other systemswithout intimidation.
