Qualifications + Tradesperson or bacheloru2019s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. + Regulatory and compliance certifications are required based on the field of discipline and are considered an asset (e.g., Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) level I, II or III certification, Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Level 1, API (American Petroleum Institute) 510/570/653 inspector). + Basic knowledge of the construction industry; understands specifications, methods, and procedures. + Basic knowledge of codes related to the construction industry. + Basic construction inspection skills. + Basic understanding of internal project quality assessment process. + Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work. + Strong record-keeping skills. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to develop and maintain effective customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders. + Basic computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software as required.
