As an Assistant Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to Early Learning Leaders NAC guidelines. Responsibilities include: u2022 Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks u2013 12 years of age. u2022 Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAC standards & the AZ Early Learning Standards. u2022 Curating programs and activities based on childrenu2019s interests and learning styles. u2022 Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore. u2022 Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children. u2022 Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
