Primary FunctionInspects, installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment,plumbing, electrical and facilities systems through general levelmaintenance responsibilities by performing the following duties.Preventive Maintenance / Miscellaneous Repair Perform preventativemaintenance work on production equipment, compressors, etc. Troubleshoot and be the contact for the appropriate contractors for service forelectrical and plumbing needs beyond general maintenance. Recognize anddiagnose when a piece of equipment is not working up to itscapabilities. Make recommendations or assist in scheduling and/orperformance of PMs. Machine and Facility Repair / Projects Generalfacilities maintenance to include but not limited to cleaning, painting,grounds work (shoveling, salting, exterior upkeep, etc.),replacing/moving office equipment when needed Work with outsidecontractors on major electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or HVAC issues,including major machine repair and rebuilding.
