Keyword's: #Waukeshajobs; #Assemblerjobs; Start Date:Immediate Job Description: What You'll Do: The Assembler is responsiblefor the production of all types of Voltage Regulators in a continuousflow environment to meet the agreed-upon customer service requirements.You will be responsible for performing the various job functions asdescribed in the job description at an acceptable level of efficiencyand quality. Operators must be willing to perform various duties andassist all other team members as needed to meet production through thecontinuous flow line. In this Function You Will: Follow standard workand 5S, perform a visual inspection of the previous operation, andconstruct and test all types of tap changers using our standard work.Build the product per work instructions and quality standards that arerequired in the assembly with use of calibrated tooling (pneumatictools, power tools, hand tools, etc.). Build and fulfill requirementsneeded; work closely with engineering, quality, and shipping departmentto ensure product is completed and shipped on time. Conduct ratiotesting on the unit and troubleshoot any potential problems found inorder to complete ratio test. Move units by use of overhead cranes andpower industrial vehicles. Repair units and components that have failedtest, are defective or require other needed changes. Participate inteardown, repair and modification of customer-supplied equipment asdirected by engineering or quality departments. Troubleshoot as neededthroughout the process. Cross-train in various stations within theRegulators department Required Qualifications: Candidates must belegally authorized to work in the United States without companysponsorship, now or in the future. All candidates considered must livewithin 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility. Active-Duty MilitaryService member candidates are exempt from the geographical arealimitation. Preferred Skills: High School Diploma or GED (GeneralEducation Degree) from an accredited institution Ability to workovertime when required.
