Job Description Responsibilities: Load andunloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by handConveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, usinghand truck, electric dolly, or other device Attaches identifying tags orlabels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or othercontainers Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundlestogether, using banding machine and clincher May occasionally useautomated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist toassist in loading or moving materials and products. Builds pallets andapplies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to ashipping staging area. Performs off line tasks as needed, (floorwork,cleaning trays, giving breaks, fixing packing errors) Other duties asassigned. Responsible for training and supporting new and existing teammembers. Qualifications Qualifications Should be able to stand up toeight hours. Organizational skills. Basic skill in the use ofshrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tapefasteners, related equipment The ability to work on an inserter attachedto the top or back of a press. Additional Information CLIMATECONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT Thesalary range for this role at the notedRRD location is $15.00 - $17.34 / hour. Starting pay decisions aredetermined based on multiple factors including but not limited torelevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications,proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other businessneeds.Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or setincrements over time.
