The overall objective of the Staffing Coord-Workforce Specialist is to drive the coordination of all scheduled staff to ensure correct staffing levels are matched with the most appropriate resources available, in order to provide quality patient care while exercising stewardship.RequirementsMinimum two (2) years of post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and additional experienceMinimum two (2) years of experience with staffing and attendance management in a scheduling system required, Kronos preferredPrevious experience in health care staffing and scheduling preferredConsideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualificationsOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness.
