You’ll play a key role in ensuring clinical quality and helping families get meaningful support without unnecessary delays.Schedule & Availability RequirementsPart-time and full-time opportunities availableAfternoon and evening availability is requiredMust be able to provide services between 4:00 PM - 7:00 PMMust be open to supporting caseloads that require late-afternoon and evening supervision and assessmentsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct telehealth initial assessments and reassessmentsDevelop and update individualized treatment plansProvide ongoing BCBA supervision to RBTs via telehealthCollaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goalsEnsure documentation is completed accurately and on timeMaintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and payer standardsQualificationsBCBA certification (required)Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferredExperience providing telehealth services (preferred)Strong clinical judgment and clear communicationComfortable supporting families and RBTs remotelyReliable internet connection and private workspaceWhy House of Hearts ABAWe’re not trying to be average.
