Developing comprehensive test and evaluation (T&E) plans, procedures, and strategiesEnsuring testing activities comply with DoD policies, security requirements, and military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810/461)Analyzing test results to assess system performance, discover bugs or vulnerabilities, and report findings to project managers and other stakeholdersUnderstanding the requirements to execute multiple test events on a variety of networks within the NavyCollaborating with engineers, analysts, and government personnel to ensure program requirements and objectives are metProviding Subject Matter Expertise recommendations on testing requirementsPerforming system level software testing to accurately validate operational readinessTranslating user requirements into tasks to execute as a member of the test teamPerforming document reviews for technical accuracyIdentifying basic test and evaluation methodologies for new systems and system updatesGenerating T-E planning, execution, and reporting documentation#LI-LL1CurrentDoD TS/SCIeligibility5-7years of experience with shipboard systems to include but not limited to, Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment FCompTIA Security+ or ability to achieve within six months of hire Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functional teamsStrong understanding of software installation and software engineering practicesProficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Ability to produce executive-level briefings and documentationCI PolygraphEight or more years of experience with shipboard systems to include but not limited to, Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment FExperience with Mission ModulesSSEE Increment F NEC C21AAdvanced Signals Analyst NEC C19AExperience supporting Navy NIWC PAC or NIWC LANT programsFamiliarity with software integration or system engineering programsKnowledge of Navy acquisition processes and PMO reporting requirementsSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
