We expect our Senior Supers have true building knowledge and conquer challenges fearlessly.Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean siteDevelop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspectionsWork in partnership with PM to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the projectDemonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the projectAlways promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent at a general contractorExperience in managing field personnel and all trades on site with great communication skills as well as the training, developing and mentoring of othersMust have experience with project work in the LifeSciences industryExperience with complex and logistically challenging, fast paced and high visibility projectsShawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.Greater Philadelphia Salary Range: $165,000 - $240,000.
