Position Summary Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join the Baylor Scott & White Clinic u2013 Leander. This is a full-time, employed outpatient position within a physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a team-based clinical setting. Practice Overview Baylor Scott & White Clinic u2013 Leander provides primary care services to the surrounding community and cares for patients across the lifespan. The clinic is focused on delivering patient-centered, high-quality care. The care team consists of primary care physicians working collaboratively to develop individualized care plans that place patients at the center of their healthcare journey. Essential Functions + Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to pediatric and adult patients. + Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based practices. + Deliver preventive care services, including wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations. + Collaborate with physician colleagues to support continuity and coordination of care. + Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record in accordance with system standards. + Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives. + Comply with Baylor Scott & White Health policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
