Position Details : + Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health - Integrated Stabilization Unit + Location: New Port Richey, FL + Status: Full Time, hourly + Shift Hours: Varies + Weekend Work: Every 3rd + On Call: No Pharmacy Technician I , under the immediate oversight of the Pharmacist, responsibilities include: + Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department + Efficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivering of pharmaceuticals to assure customer satisfaction + Required Registration: Florida Department of Health Pharmacy Technician Registry or enrolled into a BayCare hospital with a Florida Board of Pharmacy Licensed Training Program for the Employer Based Registered Pharmacy Technician Training Program + Preferred experience is 1-year Institutional practice or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager. + Required specific skills may also include successfully passing Pharmaceutical Calculations exam. Required Qualifications: + High School Graduate or Equivalent GED + Required FL Registered Pharmacy Technician License Preferred Qualifications: + 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience + Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
