UX Designer

Kforce is seeking an experienced UX Designer for an enterprise technology company in their global marketing group. Ideally this person would be local to San Diego, California (CA) or another key location. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, employee discount programs, recognition programs and access to career development courses.nnProject: While working on this project you will be asked to perform the below duties and additional duties upon request:n UX Designers define and design end-to-end experiences (from research to final design execution)n Participate early in the design process - lead research, define experience objectives and design principlesn As a UX Designer, you will help with the creation of competitive analysis, personas, scenarios and use cases, journey maps, storyboards, experience objectives, design requirements and guiding principles, and high-level information architecturen Design portion of products & systems based on requirements and principlesn Test, gather, describe, and report data that aligns with research plans & specificationsn Analyze and report back on project success to stakeholders
