ERP/CRM Architect

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Architect to join our team. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing a modern SharePoint-based document management platform, supporting secure and scalable information storage. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide the migration of legacy systems. Responsibilities: u2022 Design and configure SharePoint environments, including sites, libraries, workflows, and security settings, to meet organizational needs. u2022 Develop a hybrid SharePoint platform that integrates multiple systems, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability. u2022 Lead the migration of legacy data from AS400/DB2 systems into the new SharePoint environment. u2022 Implement metadata structures, term stores, and other organizational features to optimize system usability. u2022 Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies throughout the development process. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert technical guidance. u2022 Manage and mentor team members, ensuring project goals are met efficiently. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during platform development and migration. u2022 Provide recommendations for future enhancements, including potential integration with Power Platform tools. u2022 Support ongoing optimization of the SharePoint system to address evolving business needs. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and security settings. u2022 Proven expertise in SharePoint migration and hybrid system integration. u2022 Strong understanding of metadata management, term stores, and document organization within SharePoint. u2022 Ability to balance strategic architecture planning with hands-on implementation. u2022 Familiarity with AS400 or DB2 systems and their integration with SharePoint. u2022 Knowledge of Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus. u2022 Experience with custom development using technologies like React and TypeScript is preferred. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
