Restaurant Assistant General Manager

We are currently seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager. This position is perfect for you if you have a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others. As a Front of House or Assistant General Manager at Boqueria, you will be the right hand to our General Manager, providing guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values. You will also be responsible for assisting the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets and overseeing the restaurant's preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness.
