This role centers around providing top-tier support for account management, enhancing cash flow through detailed reporting and analysis, and implementing processes to track E-billing progress and reduce overdue balances. Job Responsibilities: u2022 Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain precise records of customer credit u2022 Directly liaise with clients to respond to queries, provide reports, and resolve invoice discrepancies and receivable issues u2022 Collaborate with the billing department and attorneys to address billing and collections problems u2022 Actively track E-billing progress, including status reporting and resolving short-paid and rejected invoices in conjunction with the Billing department u2022 Contribute to the creation of best practices for E-billing monitoring, collections, and A/R management to optimize processes u2022 Assess delinquent accounts and suggest resolution strategies u2022 Handle daily processing and posting of client payments u2022 Coordinate with attorneys on payment-related issues, ensuring proper allocation of payments u2022 Process suitable credits, write-offs, and discounts on client invoices u2022 Prepare and monitor A/R dashboards and reports, including aging, reconciliation, and collections reports u2022 Carry out ad hoc reporting and other assigned tasks and projects. Requirements Job Requirements: u2022 Possession of strong skills in Account Reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy and validity of account balances. u2022 Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR), with the ability to effectively manage and track payments and credits. u2022 Experience in Billing, with a focus on creating, sending, and tracking invoices accurately. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in Cash Applications, applying payments correctly to customer accounts. u2022 Solid experience in Cash Collections, facilitating timely payment of invoices. u2022 Familiarity with Commercial Collections, understanding the nuances of business-to-business collections. u2022 High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use complex formulas and create detailed reports. u2022 Experience with Oracle, especially in terms of managing financial databases and applications. u2022 Competence in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks, particularly in managing receivables. u2022 Knowledge of SAP, with a focus on its financial and accounting modules.
