What We Offer Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, youu2019ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly. + ? What Youu2019ll Do + Triage calls & transfers like a pro + Coordinate ? air and ? ground transport + Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams + Manage patient placement across hospitals + ? Schedule + 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week) + Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor) + No call shifts ? + u2705 What Weu2019re Looking For + RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus) + Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills + Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians + Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment + ?
