If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply Job Description: Summary: The Digital Content Manager supports the Health Planu2019s digital strategic initiatives by developing a digital content roadmap, managing a centralized digital editorial calendar to provide content visibility to key stakeholders, and creating digital content style guidelines. This role will write transactional messaging and digital tool copy, as well as reviewing and editing content submitted or contributed from business partners, ensuring that all digital content maintains consistent with standards and helps drive and meet search engine optimization (SEO) objectives. Essential Accountabilities: All Levels u2022 Creates and edits content for digital projects; writes mostly non-marketing content including user interactions, instructional content for digital tools, and transactional messaging scripts. u2022 Evaluates and maintains digital content style and standards guide, including guidelines, editorial voice and tone. u2022 Acts as content management system expert consultant with internal teams, educating on processes and best practices; educates relevant teams on digital content best practices. u2022 Conducts digital content audits, gap analysis, and optimizing content. u2022 Collaborates and interfaces with digital/agile Domain Product Owners and aligned partners to understand content needs and manages dependencies within integrated projects. u2022 Identifies key metrics required to evaluate content performance and conducts regular performance analysis to identify trends and insights to optimize content strategy. u2022 Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companiesu2019 mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs. u2022 Maintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures. u2022 Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required. u2022 Performs other functions as assigned by management. Level II (in addition to Level I Accountabilities) u2022 Leads collaborative sessions with cross functional teams to guide content strategy, activities, planning, and decisions for assigned projects. u2022 Serves as an influencer to promote strategy-first approach to projects, enhancements, and content reviews. u2022 Mentorsu2019 peers on digital content and content strategy best practices. u2022 Collaborates and consults with stakeholders throughout the company to create product plans and roadmaps; develops a universal content taxonomy to be standardized and implemented across systems. u2022 Create and manage a digital content style & standards guide, including editorial voice and tone, for digital content and experiences. u2022 Reviews incoming digital content enhancement projects from business stakeholders and assist in prioritization against current backlog and existing resourced efforts. Minimum Qualifications: NOTE: We include multiple levels of classification differentiated by demonstrated knowledge, skills, and the ability to manage increasingly independent and/or complex assignments, broader responsibility, additional decision making, and in some cases, becoming a resource to others. In addition to using this differentiated approach to place new hires, it also provides guideposts for employee development and promotional opportunities. All Levels u2022 Five (5) years of experience producing digital content, specifically non-marketing transactional content focused on user experience and two (2) of which in proven SEO experience. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. In lieu of a degree, six (6) years of additional work experience. u2022 Intermediate experience working with agile teams preferred. u2022 Intermediate working experience with website content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, other) required experience with Liferay digital experience platform preferred. u2022 Ability to independently analyze problems, think critically on issues to identify and recommend solutions. u2022 Ability to prioritize work components and define objectives effectively. u2022 Intermediate knowledge of web accessibility best practices. Level II (in addition to Level I Qualifications) u2022 Eight (8) years of experience creating, planning, and managing digital content. u2022 Experience with and ability to assist, consult with, or lead in interviewing stakeholders about their roles, experience, needs, and expectations to refine project scope, guide content activities, decisions, and deliverables. u2022 Ability and experience building relationships and partnering with divisions throughout the organization that encompass low and high technical skills sets. u2022 Advanced experience as a content designer, content strategist, or UX writer writing for digital-first consumer experiences, preferred. Physical Requirements: u2022 Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard, mouse and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time. u2022 Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed. Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation Range(s): E5 Min 71,880 Mid 100,632 Max 129,384 The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the positionu2019s minimum qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
