You Are A motivated consulting professional with experience in Downstream Refining and/or LNG who is eager to deepen your expertise and deliver impactful solutions for energy clients. You are analytical, collaborative, and passionate about improving how energy organizations manage assets, operations, and performance. You enjoy solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and working closely with clients and teammates to drive transformation. Please note we are ideally looking for people who are local to Houston, or who have a desire to relocate to the area. The Work + Support delivery of management consulting and system implementation projects for Downstream Refining and LNG clients + Analyze business processes related to work and asset management, operations, maintenance, and supply chain + Contribute to initiatives in areas such as Data & AI, Supply Chain, and Cost Takeout to improve operational performance + Develop client-ready analyses, documentation, and recommendations + Assist with program execution, including tracking milestones, resource planning, and status reporting + Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture and client teams across business and technology workstreams + Build relationships with client stakeholders and support the delivery of high-quality outcomes What you need + Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably within Downstream Refining and/or LNG + Experience with oil and gas operators and/or consulting in an energy practice + Exposure to management consulting, system implementation, or operational transformation initiatives + A Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience Bonus Points + Experience or strong interest in Data & AI, Supply Chain, or Cost Takeout programs + Familiarity with work and asset management processes in refining or LNG environments + Prior project delivery experience in business process improvement or technology-enabled transformation Professional Skill Requirements + Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment + Clear written and verbal communication skills + Comfort working in business and technology settings + Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility + Willingness to travel as required Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
