Take the next step in your career with us Position Specific Description Incentives is responsible for the overall recognition and participation of the Everbright portfolio in various incentive programs. As a director, you will be responsible for profit and loss accountability, partner relationships, compliance, and overall strategy development in multiple incentive markets. Primary Responsibilities: u2022 Develop overall company strategy to monetize state-level incentives associated with the production and storage of solar electricity from residential rooftop solar systems u2022 Near-term strategy should focus on targeting the most valuable incentive programs u2022 Long-term strategy should include all programs that provide a net economic benefit to the company u2022 Develop and implement processes to streamline the application and reporting requirements of the targeted programs u2022 This will require collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization including sales, deal processing, technology, operations, finance, legal, and compliance u2022 Research new state-level incentive programs and changes to current programs u2022 Recommend programs that provide the most benefit to the company u2022 Ensure continued compliance with programs the company is currently participating in u2022 Develop and maintain relationships as applicable with each stateu2019s program administration u2022 Assist in the negotiation of 3rd party services that may be required to participate in the targeted incentive programs u2022 Assist in training and management of offshore resources that may be utilized in incentive program application processes Job Overview Employees in this role are responsible for leading and coordinating key functions of a project such as financial feasibility analysis, engineering/design, project legal review and financial negotiations. The position plays a key role in building strategic relationships and executing major contracts necessary to support the Companyu2019s generating business growth initiatives. This role reviews and oversees the development of key project agreements. This role is responsible for all aspects of the business deal and will be involved in the closure of multiple projects.
