Responsibilities- Assist in image-guided procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, biopsies, and catheter insertions.- Operate and adjust fluoroscopic, ultrasound, and CT imaging equipment for optimal visualization.- Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort, sterile technique, and procedural accuracy.- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary support throughout procedures.- Maintain strict infection-control protocols and adhere to radiation-safety standards.- Document all procedures and patient information accurately in compliance with HIPAA.- Collaborate closely with radiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.- Adapt quickly to different facility workflows and contribute positively to each healthcare team. Qualifications- Associate's or Bachelor's degreeu00a0in Radiologic Technology or related field.- Currentu00a0ARRT (R) certificationu00a0required;u00a0ARRT (VI) or (CV)u00a0preferred (state licensure where applicable).- Minimum 1 year of experienceu00a0in Interventional Radiology.- Comprehensive knowledge of vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures.- Proficiency in radiation-safety practices and sterile technique.- Ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments with excellent critical-thinking skills.- Willingness and ability to acceptu00a0travel assignmentsu00a0across multiple facilities.
