Job Title: Ticketing and Analytics ManagerCompany: Eventive Sports Properties, LLCLocation: Birmingham, ALPosition Type: Full-timePosition Location: In-office Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Eventive Sports, a Troon company, is the industry leader in dedicated sports event management. Established in 1996, Eventive Sports quickly set itself apart in service to the pros who play the game, the sponsors who make it all possible, and the consumers purchasing tickets. We are a team of dedicated professionals, with expertise in all aspects of event management, marketing, and operations. Eventive Sports is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Ticketing and Analytics Manager to oversee all ticketing operations utilizing our new ticketing platform, Tixr. This role will manage ticket sales systems, reporting and analytics, customer service, and on-site ticketing operations for all Eventive Sports-managed events. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ticketing systems, is comfortable analyzing sales and customer data, and is able to contribute to social media campaigns to drive demand for live events.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, live-event environment. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary administrator for the Tixr ticketing platform across all Eventive Sports properties and eventsSet up and manage all ticketing builds including ticket products, pricing, promo codes, access control, and reporting dashboardsMonitor ticket sales, trends, and revenue performance using Tixr data and analytics, and provide regular reporting to event teams and leadershipDevelop and distribute sales reports, pacing updates, and forecasts to support marketing and operational decision-makingManage all ticketing-related customer service, including handling inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and issue resolutionOversee on-site ticketing operations at events including staffing, troubleshooting, scanning, and box office managementAnalyze ticket sales performance, revenue trends, and customer behavior to inform pricing, promotions, and marketing strategiesMonitor conversion rates, sales funnels, and campaign effectiveness across digital channelsProvide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ticket sales and fan engagementCoordinate with marketing teams on promotions, on-sale timelines, and digital campaignsEnsure accurate financial reconciliation of ticket sales, settlements, and post-event reportingTrain internal staff and event partners on ticketing systems and processes as neededSupport marketing team on paid and organic social campaigns by providing data insights and optimizing messaging based on performance Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred2-3 years of experience in ticketing operations, event management, or sports marketing preferredExperience working with ticketing platforms such as Tixr, Ticketmaster, Etix, or similar systems is strongly preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearlyFamiliarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google Analytics, etc.)Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable working nights, weekends, and event days as requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite What We Offer:Opportunity to work across premier sporting events and live entertainment propertiesCollaborative, fast-paced environment with growth potentialCompetitive salary and benefits package To Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to .
