In this medical device sales role, youu2019ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and find meaning in delivering cutting-edge technology thatu2019s making healthcare better . + Systematically track your sales performance and territory progress toward quota , andcollaborate closely with your Regional Manager andsupporting Sales Representatives to exceed your goals. + Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and clinical office settings, persuasivelydemonstratingthe clinical and economic value of Stryker products to healthcare professionals. + Use your productexpertiseand fast thinking to solve real-time issues and educate surgeons, nurses, and staff on the correct use and maintenance of our spine and enabling technologies . + Maintain and manage your sample product inventory with precision, ensuringyou'realways prepared to support our customers when they need it most. + Provide territory coverage as needed, which presents opportunities togrowyour sales acumen and expand your responsibilities. _What You Need_ __ Required: + BachelorsDegree Preferred: + 1+ year of experience in medical device sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales Additional Information + Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. + Musthave a valid driver's license. + Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. + This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. In compliance with Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration (OSHA) regulations, Stryker will provide a safe working environment for all employees. $60,000.00 salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
