ASnapshot of Your Day Joinus as an Installation Lead (f/m/x) for Offshore Construction, where you willplay a pivotal role in supervising and guiding your assigned teams to ensurethe safe, timely, and effective execution of work activities. Reporting to theHead of Site Management and Installation Leads, you will be at the forefront ofdaily planning and execution, adhering to contract specifications and EHS/QAsystems. Yourleadership will ensure that all work aligns with SGRE standards, including QAregulations. You will continuously evaluate and provide feedback to yourtechnicians, encouraging skill development and maintaining high standards. Byimplementing and optimizing processes and workflows, you will contribute to astandardized execution and a safe working environment. HowYouu2019ll Make an Impact + Providestrong EHS leadership, ensuring a Zero Harm environment by implementingand upholding safety standards and procedures. + Activelyparticipate in EHS discussions during project planning and ensure that allvital assessments and certifications are in place during execution. + Validatethat all personnel, including contractors, are qualified and fully advisedabout EHS protocols. + Ensurethat all work activities align with required documentation, permits, andRAMS. + Fostera Zero Defect culture by ensuring high-quality standards in the workperformed by your teams. + DriveLean workflows by supervising adherence, addressing deviations, andcoordinating improvements across all areas. + Beresponsible for the allocation of working hours to prevent excessive hourson site and ensure team well-being. WhatYou Bring + You are anexperienced leader (f/m/x) with a background in large internationalmanufacturing or industrial environments, possessing in-depth technicalknowledge of wind turbine products. + You excel inconflict resolution and are solution-oriented, with a strong understandingof technical issues, work processes, and site activities, while being ateam player who can maintain focused teams. + With experiencein the Offshore industry, you have a proven grasp of project site workprocesses and are EHS and Quality focused, capable of identifying risksproactively. You are experienced in QA, and EHS processes and reporting. + Your extensivecommunication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial for successin this role. + As thisposition requires global travel to project sites, you are willing and ableto work on a rotational basis, both onshore and offshore. + A provenelectrical background, preferably supported at a degree level education.
