Required Qualifications u00b7 Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred. u00b7 Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. u00b7 Good listening skills and a strong customer focus. u00b7 High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals. u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication skills. u00b7 Ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills. u00b7 Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. u00b7 Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to needs of the business. u00b7 Hybrid role with requirement for working on site one day per week. u00b7 Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location. The hourly rate for this position is: $18.00 - $26.70 Benefits: Except as otherwise required by state law, CarMax Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time. Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible: + To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company. + For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday.
