Promotes club membership and facilitates all club/promotional transactions.MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:- Must be 21 years of age or older.- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card.- Customer service experience preferred.- Must have previous cashiering experience.- Must have 10 key and typing experience (30 WPM).- LMS and Micros experience preferred.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Check hotel guests in and out.- Maintain a bank and perform cashiering duties.- Work well with supporting departments (Reservations, Housekeeping, Information Desk).- Maximize revenue with suite upgrades and rate integrity.- Maintain a clean, presentable and welcoming workspace.- Must be able to understand and explain the player tracking systems, comping guidelines, player benefits and usage.- Use several computer applications simultaneously to analyze information and make appropriate decisions related to the Passport Loyalty Program.- Recruit new Passport Rewards Members.- Communicate current details on offers, events, and promotions.BENEFITS:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Supplemental Coverage, Teledoc
