Sr Project Scheduler Location: Ann Arbor, MI, US Job ID: ATR 17784 Job Description Job Title: Sr Project Scheduler Job Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan, Full time On Site Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 Eligibility/Clearance: Eligible to work in the US Job Description: Stelic is seeking a SeniorProject Schedulerto support building automation,EPMS, andlow-voltage scopeson a large, multi-buildingdata centerprogram. This role supports a leading systems integrator and works closely with field teams, commissioning teams, and the General Contractor to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed, resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules. The Site Scheduler ensures accurate progress tracking, logic integrity, critical path visibility, and clear schedule-driven insight through installation and commissioning. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Develop, maintain, and update discipline-specificPrimavera P6 schedules for BMS, EPMS, low-voltage installation, and commissioning activities. u00b7 Build and maintain detailed activity logic, sequencing, calendars, constraints, and coding structures aligned with field execution and commissioning workflows. u00b7 Apply and maintain labor and crew-based resource loading to support manpower forecasting, productivity trending, and forward-looking analysis. u00b7 Coordinate weekly schedule updates with automation engineers, commissioning teams, subcontractors, and GC representatives. u00b7 Validate percent complete, actuals, remaining durations, and forecasts through direct field engagement and site walks. u00b7 Integrate discipline-level schedules into the General Contractoru2019s master schedule and support interface coordination across overlapping buildings. u00b7 Monitor and maintain critical path and near-critical path activities related to power, controls, and system turnover. u00b7 Identify schedule risks, logic gaps, and sequencing conflicts and escalate impacts with recommended mitigation actions. u00b7 Prepare weekly schedule updates and written status narratives suitable for distribution to the systems integrator, owner, and GC. u00b7 Support lookahead planning, commissioning readiness reviews, and recovery planning discussions as required. Requirements u00b7 5+ years of scheduling experience on complex construction or mission-critical projects. u00b7 Experience supporting data centers, building automation, controls, EPMS, or low-voltage systems strongly preferred. u00b7 Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, including logic development and resource loading. u00b7 Strong understanding of installation and commissioning sequencing for power and automation systems. u00b7 Ability to work directly with field teams to validate progress and realistic durations. u00b7 Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to explain schedule impacts concisely. u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
