Job Summary The Customer Service Representative will follow up on existing accounts and customer service calls. This position ensures our customers know their business is appreciated and that their needs and concerns are our upmost priority. This will be measured by retaining a greater percentage of our customer base, which will be accomplished by evaluating our performance in communication, documentation, thoroughness, site surveys, technician performance, timeliness, and sense of value. Essential Duties & Responsibilities u2022 Gain insight into our service performance u2022 Document, with accuracy, customer responses and your impressions from these visits u2022 Perform site surveys and other types of checks to ensure our quality u2022 Present new technology and enhanced PM services when given the chance u2022 Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company leadership u2022 Monitor all maintenance data to proactively respond to situations before the customer calls us u2022 Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our contract customers and as a fellow member of the contracts team. u2022 Perform other duties as assigned.
