This role involves working closely with manufacturing and IT teams to enable Industry 4.0 capabilities and integrate shopfloor systems with enterprise processes.Analyze business requirements and design SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.Configure and implement SAP DMC, ME/MII, and related components.Develop custom extensions using SAP BTP (SAPUI5, Node.js, microservices).Integrate shopfloor systems using SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo) and SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlows).Define KPIs and build performance dashboards for real-time manufacturing insights.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide best-practice guidance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Support migration from SAP MII to SAP DMC where applicable.Qualifications:4-10 years in MES implementations and SAP manufacturing solutions.At least 2 full-cycle SAP Digital Manufacturing projects.Strong communication and stakeholder management.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Willingness to travel.This is a full-time position, no C2C or contractors.Technical Skills:SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC), SAP ME/MII.SAP BTP, SAPUI5, JavaScript, Node.js.SAP Integration Suite/CPI, iFlows, API Hub.SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo), IoT integration.Preferred:SAP certifications in manufacturing modules.Experience with Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives.ABeam offers a comprehensive benefits package to our full-time employeesMedicalDentalVisionDisability & Life InsuranceFlexible spending accountFlextime off401(k) with employer matchABeam Consulting provides all qualified applicants consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or national origin disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected class, according to applicable law.
