The Distribution and Inventory Control Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products, materials, and supplies. This role is responsible for supervising staff to ensure proper handling of incoming receipts and the safe, efficient use of equipment such as forklifts and other warehouse tools. The supervisor ensures accurate and timely documentation, maintains organized records, and drives operational excellence in daily warehouse activities. Additionally, this position manages inventory accuracy through regular blind cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and other control methods to ensure efficient product flow and accountability.Picking, packing, and processing ordersStaging and loading orders.Inventory and order auditing, including cycle countsOperating powered and manual material handling equipmentMaintaining a clean and safe work environment insideLoading and unloading inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areasEnsuring all incoming delivery matches the company purchase orderReceiving and putting away inventoryREQUIRED:Two years of warehouse experience required.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Due to the nature of the work and compliance with safety protocols/regulations, fluency in English (reading and writing) is required.High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalentPREFERRED:Experience in order picking, shipping & receiving processes.Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.Familiarity with pallet jack operation.Experience with RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, specifically SAP is preferred.Knowledge and experience with hazardous materials handling (limited, but not to train on).Our mission is to inspire advances in bioprocessing as a trusted partner in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $26/Hr. -$29/Hr.. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
