This is your opportunity to lead innovative design, guide project execution, and shape the future of transportation infrastructure.Manage all aspects of bridge project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measuresServe as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areasLead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the teamPrepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documentsTrack and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standardsPlay a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are metBachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience requiredPrior bridge design experience requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredNYSDOT, Bridge NY, or NY Thruway experience preferredExpert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practicesAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiencesProven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processesExperience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contractsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredKnowledge of Deltek Vision, MS Project and/or Primavera P6 preferredAbility to travel as needed (less than 10%)Serve as a technical leader within the transportation discipline, leading challenging bridge projects that drive innovation and technical excellenceMake a measurable impact while mentoring the next generation of engineering talentCollaborate with talented professionals across multiple disciplines in a flexible, supportive work environmentCurious about the impactful work our Bridge team is doing?
