This is your opportunity to take ownership of high‑impact projects, mentor emerging engineers, and help strengthen the built environment for the communities we serve.Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to bridge infrastructure projects, from initial assessment through planning and designCollaborate with team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goalsEffectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical bridge initiativesEngage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phaseBachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required; previous project or team management experience preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredExpert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices across various areas Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environmentProven ability to lead a team and manage relationships across the companyAn articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups Strategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity and resolve issues with urgencyExperience with project budgeting preferred; basic understanding of accounting processesKnowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferredParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredLead challenging bridge projects that support safety and sustainabilityMentor and inspire junior engineers dedicated to delivering innovative solutionsCollaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environmentCurious about the impactful work our Bridge team is doing?
