Kitchen Prep Cook

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:30pm.What to Expect:Prepare ingredients as assigned by Corporate Chef using production sheets, recipes and time scheduleAssist Corporate Chef with food prep and cooking basicsGather, prep, and re-stock materials for daily activities as directed by the Corporate ChefGenerate accurate documentation and labeling of food for storage as directed by Corporate ChefDisassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble all equipment required for daily kitchen activitiesPerform all cleaning and prep duties in compliance with established safety, SOP’s, and industry certification requirementsComplete preventive maintenance cleaning activities as dictated by equipment requirementsWhat You Will Contribute:At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
