Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crew on commercial, municipal, and residential projects. The Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising daily job site operations, ensuring crew productivity, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and enforcing safety standards. This role plays a key part in delivering jobs on time, on budget, and to client specifications. Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the concrete crewRead and interpret project plans, grades, and specificationsPlan daily tasks and allocate resources, equipment, and manpower accordinglyMonitor and adjust paving operations to ensure proper compaction, thickness, and smoothnessEnsure crew members follow safety policies, wear proper PPE, and comply with all site protocolsComplete detailed daily reports using construction management software, including tracking work performed, materials used, and labor hours for all employeesInspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with job specsWork closely with the Superintendent or Project Manager to address schedule changes and site issuesComplete detailed daily reports using construction management software, including tracking work performed, materials used, and labor hours for all employeesPerform additional duties as assignedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
