Estimator/Project Manager

The Estimator/Project Manager will collect and analyze information to estimate costs of asphalt and concrete repair for projects and bids.Estimates the cost of new asphalt and concrete and any repairs to asphalt and concrete roadways and driveways.Analyzes the depth and product requirements of customer plans or requests.Gathers contact and contract data for billing and contract purposes.Provides detailed reports that will include breakdowns of project costs.Meets with customers upon receiving leads within a timely manner (no more than 24 hours).Required to communicate with customers in a professional manor.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
