Description We are looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to oversee and manage real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and compliant processes from start to finish. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage real estate transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring all escrow and title processes are accurate and timely. u2022 Conduct title examinations and resolve any title defects or discrepancies. u2022 Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents in coordination with all relevant parties. u2022 Collaborate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and underwriters to facilitate seamless transactions. u2022 Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and industry standards. u2022 Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle. u2022 Maintain detailed and organized records for all transactions. u2022 Identify and address potential issues to avoid delays in the closing process. u2022 Provide guidance and expertise on escrow and title-related matters to clients and team members. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in escrow processing and title management. u2022 In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential properties. u2022 Strong understanding of state regulations and industry standards related to escrow and title. u2022 Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. u2022 Ability to handle complex transactions and resolve issues efficiently. u2022 Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in escrow and title processes. u2022 Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
