Advisor, Talent Acquisition

Description We are looking for a dedicated Advisor, Talent Acquisition to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and retaining top talent to support business priorities in the agriculture industry. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization and contribute to creating an inclusive and sustainable workplace. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent to meet organizational goals. u2022 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. u2022 Develop and implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies to foster an inclusive candidate pipeline. u2022 Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and talent selection. u2022 Ensure timely and high-quality candidate reviews and hiring activities. u2022 Build strong relationships across the organization and actively participate in discussions to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. u2022 Partner with HR teams and Centers of Excellence to enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders. u2022 Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition process. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a client-facing role. u2022 Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment activities. u2022 Previous experience in high-volume recruitment is highly desirable. u2022 Strong ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies. u2022 Knowledge and experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. u2022 Proven ability to foster collaboration and build relationships with stakeholders. u2022 Commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering results.
