Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool, Excellent float pool differential As an RN in the Float Pool at Beverly Hospital, you will float to areas where extra coverage is needed to care for med/surg inpatients. As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes. Education and Experience requirements: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred u00b7 Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts u00b7 Basic Life Support (BLS) required u00b7 ACLS preferred u00b7 Candidates must have 2-3 years of acute Med/Surg experience or at least 1+ years of critical care experience Pay Range: $36.00 - $79.12 This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
