Senior Salesforce Developer

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions across enterprise-level projects. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce technologies to create scalable, efficient, and impactful systems while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements. u2022 Lead the creation of scalable architectures and ensure best practices in multi-org environments. u2022 Translate user stories into functional Salesforce features using a combination of coding and declarative tools. u2022 Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions. u2022 Optimize Salesforce data storage, workflows, and process automations to improve system performance. u2022 Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and other tools. u2022 Stay updated on advancements in Salesforce technology and recommend improvements. u2022 Manage deployment processes and ensure smooth transitions using DevOps methodologies. u2022 Develop custom applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including coding and declarative tools such as workflows and flows. u2022 Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud with a strong understanding of their functionalities. u2022 Expertise in API development and integration with external systems. u2022 Knowledge of configuration management and ability to design scalable solutions. u2022 Familiarity with data storage limitations and platform event architecture within Salesforce. u2022 Strong skills in client-side scripting and ability to create user-friendly interfaces. u2022 Experience with DevOps practices and deployment workflows. u2022 Salesforce certifications such as App Platform Builder, Developer, or Architect are preferred.
