PTAD is split into four areas, allowing the Division to offer technical assistance and implement statutory requirements in many innovative ways. The areas are outreach and support, education and communications, field appraisals, and data analysis. This position is under the Appraisal Operations Area, Complex Property Appraisal Section.This role performs journey-level appraisal work. Work involves conducting property value ratio studies, gathering property sales information, and conducting various property appraisals. Represents the Property Tax Division in formal and informal appeals.
