The offshore Gulf of America Well Site Coordinator (WSC) is the highest authority in the location for SLB Business Lines (SLB BLu00b4s) and third parties services contracted by SLB. Is responsible for logistics coordination of materials, equipment and personnel supplied by SLB and third parties to the executions of the drilling, completions and rig move operations efficiently and on time manner with exceeding client expectations. Is responsible for aligning the services at the rig site to provide support and operational recommendations to the client to improve performance in the Project Exploration Land. RELATIONSHIPS u25aa WSC reports directly to the Project Manager. u25aa WSC reports to Drilling Superintendent and/or Senior Well Engineer any operational issues and provide the best recommendation to the client. u25aa WSC reports directly to Senior Well Engineer about operations and logistics that impact the performance. u25aa WSC must have a permanent communication with client and rig contractor representatives at the rig site. u25aa WSC must manage all the SLB BLu2019s and Third parties. u25aa WSC interact with the Well Engineer about the well program development, needs, diary logistic and other issues related to performance improvement. u25aa WSC must meet with client representatives, rig contractor representative and all SLB BLu00b4s, third parties and other key people to plan all day-by-day drilling operations, HSE and logistic (services, equipment and material supplied by SLB BLu00b4s and third parties) u25aa WSC shall interact with Operations Integrated Centre (OIC) to review the operations alerts give them feedback about the alerts. u25aa WSC must act actively and leadership in HSE programs, interact with HSE RSC and RSC Coordinators. RESPONSABILITIES u25aa WSC is responsible to coordinate all logistics activities performed at rig location. Quality, HSE, Drilling Operations, SIMOPS and all activities related to the SLB BLu00b4s and third parties supplied by SLB. u25aa WSC is the responsible to manage all work permits related to SLB BLu00b4s and third parties supplied by SLB (The client will be the final signature to approve all the work permits) u25aa Ensure that all activities drilling progress will be according to the approved well program. u25aa In case of any change in the planning the WSC will contact to Sr. Well Engineer and will give him all data or information needing (procedure, options and recommendation) including communication to the client field representative and support to the Management of Change (MOC). u25aa WSC along to Well Engineer (WE) must avoid any critical activity that represent any risk for the normal development of the operations. u25aa Review and check that all materials or equipment from SLB BLu00b4s and third parties supplied by SLB will be certified (updated certification) u25aa Keep a good register of used damaged and losses materials. u25aa Coordinate and lead operational morning meeting along SLB BLu00b4s and third parties thru conference call. u25aa Prepare and send daily drilling reports and SLB BLu00b4s service reports and 7 days plan. u25aa Prepare and distribute 12-hrs operations coordinate with client representative and get the signature as acknowledge by BLu2019s supervisors at the rig site . u25aa Review and check the mud losses data sheet to control the mud moved from mud plant to rig and back to the mud plant as well as mud losses into formation. u25aa Fill the operation check lists as per our standard for every specific activity. u25aa Gather all information or data of any failure, services quality issues or incident. This information shall be trustworthy with all its parameters and prepare 8 Minimum facts. u25aa Participate in the daily operational and HSE meeting led by the client. u25aa Review and sign (in case to be agree) the job certification immediately after finished the activity. u25aa Perform the material reception format for every tool, services or material supplied by third parties before to present to client representative. u25aa Is responsible to get client approval and signature for field documentation part of the SLB invoicing process on time and report any issue on time. u25aa Ensure that SLB BLu2019s fill out and submit applicable check list for the job to be executed. OPERATION INTEGRITY u25aa Ensure that all BLu2019s and third partiesu2019 operations be in compliance with well integrity procedures and must report any deviation. u25aa Review as per the well program all check lists (CL) and Standard Work Operation (SWO) applicable to the IWC and third partiesu2019 operations. Fill in the CLu00b4s in the tablet or paper (in case the table is out of order) as per the operations. Review as per operation plan the Check List from the SLB BLu00b4s and give them support for the CLu00b4s will be fill in appropriately. PLANNING AND CONTROL u25aa Property forecast and planning to coordinate the necessary requirements to accomplish with the well program related to the materials, services and equipment supplied by SLB BLu00b4s and third parties. u25aa Supervise any delay in the operations reporting the daily advances real versus plan thru of WellTrack. u25aa Prepare and distribute the operational and logistic plan thru of 7-day plan. Update it dairy and send it ti the SLB BLu00b4s representatives and third parties. PERFORMANCE AND COST MONITORING u25aa Evaluate results versus objectives and the performance of the SLB BLu00b4s and third parties against the plan. u25aa Cost control aptitude. u25aa Develop and report the engineering needs, the corrective actions and lessons learned to ensure the continuous improvement of the drilling operations. REQUIREMENTS + Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering. + Offshore experience in Deepwater Drilling and Completions. + 10+ years of experience in the Gulf of America. + Familiar with International Clients. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
