Description Our client a highly respected large law firm is currently seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team in Philadelphia, PA, or Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and associates on IP litigation cases, providing strategic counsel and representation to clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in patent litigation and demonstrate the ability to manage complex legal matters independently. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle all phases of litigation, discovery, and preparing pleadings. u2022 Draft and argue substantive motions at both state and federal court levels. u2022 Conduct depositions and effectively represent clients in courtroom settings. u2022 Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategies and solutions. u2022 Communicate directly with clients to provide legal guidance and updates. u2022 Manage multiple active cases simultaneously with a high degree of competence. u2022 Mentor entry level associates and contribute to the growth of the team. u2022 Stay informed about developments in intellectual property law to provide cutting-edge representation. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in patent litigation. u2022 Proven experience in IP litigation cases. u2022 Strong academic credentials and exceptional drafting skills. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in legal research, writing, and analytical thinking. u2022 Ability to independently manage a diverse portfolio of active IP matters. u2022 Significant courtroom and deposition experience preferred.
